The service is active for all Pay As You Go customers.
If you are a Pay Monthly customer, please visit one of our shops, as a deposit amount is required.

You can Call Orange Jordan Call center using the international Format (00962777700177), and it will be charged as “Call To Jordan” based on the roaming country and operator.

Prepaid customers can purchase this bundle from both the voice and internet balances, noting that the maximum deductible amount from the internet balance is 50% from the overall bundle price.

5) Roaming Data Bill Control Feature (Anti-Bill shock)

1) What is Roaming Data Bill Control Feature (Anti-Bill shock)?

Anti-Bill shock: It is a service which will protect you while roaming from having high bills from data roaming, by defining a specific limit on consumption.

2) what is the default limit on consumption and if I can change it ?

The 500 JDs will be set as a default limit on consumption for all customers and customer can update it to any amount between 10 – 10,000 JDs , Via Dialing *979#

3) How can I get notified ?

You will be notified while reaching the following consumption limits: 50%, 75% and 99%, then you will be notified that the data usage is blocked and you should either buy Roaming data bundle or update the consumption limit value.

4) How can I Deactivate my Data Roaming by using the Roaming Data Bill Control Feature?

Cutoff feature will be replaced by 0 JDs consumption limit value at 5) Roaming Data Bill Control Feature (Anti-Bill shock) , VIA Dialing *979#
